This Metropolitan Police Officer says that it is a criminal offence to film him

Alex Jones, the Texas based journalist, was recently in London to investigate the London Underground bombings which occurred on July 7, 2005.

Almost immediately upon commencing his investigation, he was stopped by this unknown Metropolitan Police Officer, who claimed that it was 'illegal' to film Police Officers in London!

On top of this quite staggering breach of duty, the officer then demanded the personal details, including name and home address, of Mr Jones and his two assistants, or else he would place them under arrest.

This Metropolitan Police Officer, quite illegally, took advantage of Mr Jones unfamiliarity with English law, to prevent him from legally filming in a public place, and also to illegally demand the personal details of Mr Jones and his assistants.

Mr Jones had gone along to Stockwell Underground Station, to see first hand the scene of the murder of Jean Charles de Menezes, the Brazilian man shot 11 times by Metropolitan Police Officers after he had been pinned down to the ground.

It has emerged at a pre-inquest review at Southwark Coroner's Court that Ian Bliar will be unavailable to answer questions into his role in the murder of Jean Charles de Menezes for two months.

This has obviously provoked widespread anger, as people seek to question the importance which is being given to this particular murder.

The family of Mr Menezes said that this 'added insult to injury'.

The review is currently attempting to examine whether or not criminal charges should be brought against the police officer(s) who fired the 11 bullets into Mr Menezes.

The 'Independant' Police Complaints Commission confirmed the delay.

Blackmailed by Freemason Police Officer George Hall

This is scumbag Police Officer George Hall, of 16 John Buchan Drive, Cruden Bay, in Peterhead in Aberdeenshire.

He recently attempted to extort money out of a profoundly deaf women who is an ex girlfriend.

He said that if she did not pay him £300 within ten days, then he would show off private photos of the deaf women in public, in the small, close knit community.

This scumbag did not even have the guts to make his demands in person, instead he sent the woman text messages, in October 2004, and again in March of 2005, demanding money from the deaf woman, else he would publicly display intimate photos of the deaf woman which were taken when they were together.

Incredibly, and highly suspicously, Sheriff Edward Savage decided that the actions of scumbag Police Officer George Hall would not place the profoundly deaf women "in a state of fear or alarm". He also decided that sending text messages in an attempt to blackmail money from a deaf women did not constitute a 'breach of the peace'.

So there you go, you can now take indecent pictures of people, and then quite legally blackmail them for money, according to Sheriff Edward Savage.

Brothers released after a week without charge

London police stormed a house in Forest Gate, London, last Friday, the 2nd of June, 2006. They shot one man, and arrested another. Today, both of the men are free, no charge having been brought against them.

The Police stormed into the house last Friday at dawn, and have spent a whole week tearing the place apart, in a desperate and unsuccesful attempt to find some sort of evidence to pin on the two innocent men.

Members of the local community have spoken of their shock and outrage at the Police action taken, and their refusal to apologise for their very nearly fatal error.

Many commentators have speculated that this shooting, and others commited by Metropolitan Police, are attempts to instill a mindset into the general public that the 'shoot to kill' policy is normal, despite this policy never having been given approval by the British public.

Alongside the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes, this must be listed as one of the most obvious signs of the current Police State.

These men were unarmed.

They posed no threat.

They were held for seven days.

One of them was shot.

No charges were filed against them.

No evidence of any wrongdoing was found.

These were law abiding Londoners, yet they found themselves being subject to the worst kind of abuse of Human Rights from the Police State which is Britain.

Prestwick Airport rendition flights to Cairo

Prestwick Airport in Scotland was today named by Dick Marty, of the Council of Europe,as being part of the global "spiders web" of unlawful CIA rendition flights, in a new report published today.

Mr Marty said he used evidence from national and international air traffic control authorities, as well as sources inside intelligence services, including in the United States, to compile a detailed picture of a global system of secret detentions and unlawful transfers – including new analysis which revealed what he called “rendition circuits”.

Prestwick Airport has been named as it is used as a stopover point for illegal CIA rendition flights from Washington to Cairo, as part of the "spiders web" which facilitates the transfer of prisoners to secret CIA run concentration camps in Romania and Poland, among other nations.

The British Government has also been accused of providing information to the CIA which was used during the torture of one prisoner.

Beith MOD Munitions Depot Peace Picnic

Over fifty activists, protesting at the MOD munitions depot in Beith, were once again subject to heavy handed police surveillance and harrasment, from officers drafted in especially for the occassion.

Officers from Strathclyde Police and the Faslane based Evidence Gathering Team videotaped these peacefull protesters, in a blatant attempt to intimidate them.

This is the message going out in modern day Britain.

If you oppose the phoney 'War on Terror', you will find yourself subject to state surveillance. If you have the temerity to stand up for your rights to protest against the actions of an unjust state, then you will be harassed. If you draw atention to the munitions storage facilities, which maintain and store weapons which will actually cause mass destruction some time in the near future, then you will yourself be the subject of Police State attention.

The Missing Protester

This isn't exactly new, but take a look at these people on the left hand side. The person on the left, the 'Missing Protester', was allegedly arrested at a demonstration in London, on the 1st of August, 2005. The demonstration was in protest at the ban on protesing within the 'exlusion zone' set up around Parliment.

The 'Missing Protester' has not been seen by anyone either before or since the demonstration in London. The police have denied ever having arrested this person, they claim to have no knowledge of this person.

One sharp eyed individual though, pointed out the remarkable similarity between the 'Missing Protester', and one Detective Sergeant John Pickersgill, who was attached to S012, the Special Branch Section at New Scotland Yard responsible for holding intelligence on extremist bodies.

This is the first post in this new blog, which will chronicle the events of the Police State which is modern day Britain.

We will draw on a variety of sources to expose the corruption which exists at the highest level of the UK government, and how they use the police, and other minions of the Police State, to enforce their will on you!

ID Cards, bio-metric scanning, the phoney war on terror, CCTV cameras recording your every move, the list is endless.

I was prompted to begin this blog by one particular incident which happened to me not so long ago.

I was walking home from my local supermarket at about lunchtime after buying some foodstuffs (I live just 200 yards from it, and was about to make some lunch) when I was stopped (from behind) by two police officers.

One of them asked me where I was on the Sunday evening previous (this was the Friday afterwards), and I replied that I didn't know, but I did want to know why the officer was asking. He informed me that there had been a disturbance in another part of town, and that he was investigating me as a suspect. When I asked what made him think that, he replied that it was because I wore glasses. I pointed out that a rather large section of the population wear glasses, and that this was no reason to stop me in particular.

The officer then asked me for my name and address, and I replied "why?". The officer replied that it was because they were investigating a crime. I told them that I already knew this, but what they failed to comprehend was that the 'evidence' they had (the fact that I wore glasses) in no way would even remotely suggest my involvement, and that, as such, they were not entitled to request my details. They then informed me that if I did not supply my details, I would be arrested.

Once again, I declined to supply my details, and was arrested, for refusing to supply my personal information, on demand, to an officer of the state, for no good reason.

I was detained for about 6 hours in total, during which time I was verbally abused, physically tortured, intimidated and harassed by the police officers. This is in Britain, in 2006!

I had a DNA sample taken, using an intrusive procedure, against my will, was fingerprinted, photographed, and had a request for legal representation to be contacted denied.

My family was intimidated the Police State officers, my elderly mother and father were both visited by the police, who attempted to intimidate them into giving information about me to the police.

This is what happens when you resist the Police State which is prevelant in modern day Britain. More and more people who are questioning the Police State are finding themselves subject to this sort of abuse and harrasment.
